Terms and Conditions:
The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds in support of Heritage MD’s charitable activities. Whereby, Heritage MD is donating a pair of Montreal Canadiens Hockey tickets in good faith to support a worthy cause.

Eligibility
-Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
-The raffle is open to individuals who are invited by Heritage MD to participate based on attending a charitable event.
-Employees, directors, and officers of Heritage MD and any other individuals involved in the administration of this raffle are not eligible to participate.
-Tickets must not be purchased on behalf of a minor.

Draw Procedure
-The draw will be conducted publicly, manually or electronically, and in a random manner.
-The draw will be supervised by a neutral third party to ensure fairness and transparency.
-The winner will be selected from all valid tickets purchased before the close of the raffle.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim
-The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.
-The winning ticket number and name of the winner (with their consent) will be published on the Heritage MD website and/or social media platforms.
-The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification.
-The winner must provide proof of identity and age.

Prize Conditions
-The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
-Heritage MD is not responsible for travel, accommodations, or other costs associated with attending the game.
-Heritage MD is not responsible for event cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to game details.

Limitation of Liability
Heritage MD, its directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any participant arising from participation in this raffle or acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to transportation or game-day experience.
